JPH-300EFully automatic hydrogen generatorComposed of electrolytic cell, switch power supply, pressure control, flow control, drying purification, flow display and other systems, hydrogen gas is obtained by electrolyzing potassium hydroxide aqueous solution. This instrument has the advantages of large electrolysis area, low cell temperature, good performance, large gas production, high purity, etc. It is equipped with a liquid reflux device to effectively ensure that there is no liquid reflux phenomenon in the instrument. It also has an overpressure power-off function to ensure the safe use of the instrument.

2、 Instrument usage location
The temperature of the instrument usage area should be within the range of 5-40 ℃. The instrument should be kept away from sunlight, and the area should be dry and ventilated. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the usage area, and there should be no corrosive chemicals.
IIIJPH-300EInstrument startup and shutdown
1. Dissolve 100 grams of potassium hydroxide from the spare parts in 400 milliliters of deionized water (or purified water), add it to the electrolytic cell, and add deionized water (or purified water) between the upper and lower limits. Add electrolyte for 30-60 minutes before starting up to produce hydrogen gas.
2. Close the hydrogen outlet on the back of the instrument with a blind nut, connect the power cord, and turn on the machine. After about 5 minutes, the flow display will return from 300 to 0, indicating that the instrument is normal. Turn off the power and remove the blind nut to connect the instrument for use.
3. Turn off the power to deactivate the instrument. The instrument does not need to be emptied of the potassium hydroxide aqueous solution in the electrolytic cell after long-term storage.
